Toffee Apple

Chloe has created an eye-catchingly
colourful golden caramel shell complete with crunchy toffee pieces, covering a deliciously
sweet ganache of locally picked apples.

Banoffee

The earthy taste of red miso perfectly
complements Jo’s sweet caramel and banana ganache, covered in Rumsey’s
signature thick milk chocolate.

Bay leaf

Bay leaves from Isabelle’s own garden
have been combined with milk chocolate and cream to create an aromatic ganache,
dipped in rich organic dark chocolate and adorned with a white chocolate line
decoration.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Jo has roasted a pumpkin with the classic
spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger before pureeing it with cream and white
chocolate to create a US-inspired ganache. Pumpkin seeds and pecans give added
crunch, and it’s all rounded off with a smooth dark chocolate shell.

Plum and Hazelnut
Crumble

A crunchy hazelnut
Florentine is topped with a ganache of white chocolate and fresh plum purée, with
a delicate layer of homemade plum jelly. Generously smothered in milk
chocolate, Jacob has then created the appearance of crumble using white and
caramel chocolate details.

Ginger Marmalade

Jo’s complex three-layer chocolate contains
a stem ginger and candied orange base, a warming whisky and marmalade ganache
and a layer of ginger marmalade from the wonderful Jerry’s Jams of Thame
Farmer’s Market. It’s smothered in a 70% dark chocolate to create a truly sophisticated
taste.

Maple Syrup and
Bacon

Sam has created this moreishly-modern
combination of dark chocolate partnered with maple syrup and hint of smoked
bacon, presented in a delicate chocolate swirl (not suitable for vegetarians).

Brambly Hedge

Jo and her little helper have been
foraging for the delicious ingredients in this truly autumnal chocolate. A locally
picked quince and rosehip ganache is paired with a half walnut and presented in
a stunning walnut mould.
