All handmade, all special
All our chocolates are made by hand in small batches from our chocolateries in the Chilterns. You can see this for yourself when you visit, or even better take part in a chocolate making workshops. Our team of chocolate chefs have all been personally trained by Master Chocolatier and founder, Nigel Rumsey.
